We Are NFBPA.

The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) is the nation's premiere association of black managers and executives, with a growing and proud reputation for strengthening the capacity of state and local public sector professionals in a multitude of disciplines. 

Guided by principles of quality and excellence, NFBPA supports inclusive public policies and sponsors an impressive array of training programs and networking activities, while responsibly pursuing a relevant and timely mission.

With over 2,500 members and nearly 50 chapters across the nation, NFBPA affords an immeasurable opportunity to become part of an extraordinary network of Black public sector professionals "achieving excellence in public service."
